Subject Muffler (Green Ghost I), 2002-2003
In the video installation, Subject Muffler (Green Ghost I), Four “POST NO BILLS” signs are posted on a green wall. A video monitor mounted on the same wall features the artist standing very still, dressed as a ghost. After several minutes pass the artist raises the ghost sheet engulfing the monitor screen space with the interior of the ghost costume at which point he holds up a small sign that reads, “Help!”
